BER LUX LA is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments.

All merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition for guaranteed refund,

within 15 days of stamped date on invoice.

All sale tab items are FINAL SALE.

Once we have received your return package,

the items that are eligible for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
